hi ...
i am designing a fet resistive mixer, i completed RF filter, IF filter and gate biasing the fet transistor. But i dont knw hw to design a matching network for Rf port and IF port. Please give me some idea how to design matching networks....

Hi
At first you should measure input impedances of your RF and IF port. Could you clarify more your mixer's structure and what are RF and IF frequencies.
Regards.

i am designing a passive resistive fet mixer. RF-15-16GHZ, LO-14.5GHZ, IF-0.5-1.5GHZ

Usually resistive FET mixers use balun transformers (microstrip baluns for higher frequencies), and they are designed to be terminated in 50 ohms.
