hello

under what conditions i should measure pass device's leakage current and how to ensure its value lower than 5uA in all corners if it is so large?

i measure it with the lowest Vin and no load, is it the right way?

regards

I think the worst case would be with the largest Vds --> Higher DIBL effect

I also think it should be at largest Vin and lowest temp. under NO Load conditions.
