Hi every body,

I'm trying to insert partial scan chains using DFT compiler.
When I enter the command 'compile -scan', this warning shows up.

No scan equivalent exists for cell DFF_0/Q_reg (DFF_X1).

I'm using Nangateopencelllibrary 45 nm.
What are the conditions for equivalency of a DFF and a scan FF? Because I checked the lib file and there are different kinds of scan cells in it.
I also tried the procedure using a different library and there were no warnings. (I cant use this library:sad:)

Anybody knows what the problem might be?
Is there anyway ( like some kinds of commands) to force DFT compiler to use a specific scan cell?

Thanks.
