I noticed quite a few people looking for PADS libraries. Some time ago, I downloaded a whole bunch of libs from PCBStandards. They are no longer available on their site, so I am attaching a zip containing all of them. I am sure you will find them useful. There are thousands of decals, and I am yet to find a standard footprint that is not included.
