P1db flatness of power amplifier

dear all,

How can i to design a match to make P1dB flatness from 2110MHz to 2170MHz,
Now the 2110MHz is 1dB higher than 2170MHz
 

how much is the difference ?

try to make ur matching near the 2170 more than 2210

1dB difference from 2110MHz to 2170MHz. The P1dB in 2110MHz is 1dB higher than other freq point. but the P1dB in 2140 to 2170 is the same.
And this device is designed for PCS and TD freq band ,we want to use it in WCDMA band, and the device is two stage.
