Does anyone know if they make a p channel equavalient to this mosfet? Through hole if possible.

You did not try the simple product selector at fairchildsemi.com? It can tell you with a few clicks, that they don't have it. You may want to check with other major vendors as well.
 
Vishay SUB75P03-07 is pretty close. TO220AB package.
