i used a 130MHz clock rate for cpu clock
but its usual operation done. whats wrong?
I overclocked adc too . nothing fault
 

Are you sure? Usually, if the main oscillator fails, the cpu become to run from internal RC oscillator. Check in debug mode for hard faults.
