Hi
I am building a 2KW PMG DC motor drive,
What can I use to monitor the switching frequency so that I do not exceed the power dissipated in my MOSFETS?

Thanks

Don't know about monitoring frequency as a measure of dissipated power. It is not uncommon, though, to monitor Vds as a measure of current and shut down if too high. Many controller chips have that function built in.

There may be a limiting function in chip for same, or you can limit the signal controlling the frequency.
