Can anybody tell me how I should use TLP621 Opto isolater IC in inverter output path in order to get feedback of output voltage? does anybody have such schematic ?

you should combine it with a constant current source (TL431) & is as all other coupler to use...

If you are use sg-3524 opto collector conect with 4.7 k res wit 5 v ref pin then add 100k res in led side of opto and connect with output of ups/invertor
