ORCAD 16.3 liescence problem

Hello every one,

I am using orcad 16.3 version. recently I formated my computer and re installed the orcad. But its Giving Demo version saying that the License is not valid. I did the all the things but the same problem repeats.

Please help me to crossover this problem
