Are any of the willem programmers for pic micro's worth buying. So far i am trying to build the icd2 design in the forums here but i have seen the willem 3.0 programmer go for 30us on ebay and was wandering if it was worth it to buy one.

willem programmer

Hi

There are discussions about willem in this forum and also links to willem clone.
Willem is a multiprogrammer were you use a adapter to program many different uC.
Willem can "only" program some uC from different manufactureres but I think it is good to have.

Search the forum and i reccomend you to build yourself, nuch cheaper if the 30 USD not was with zif socket included.
