Hey every buddy,
I want to use my ATmega128 with 3.3V input supply...

is it possible?
and if possible then is it great deal to save power?

In my application i wont be able to change or charge my battery frequently so i need controller which can work on less voltage and less power supply.

The datasheet is located http://www.atmel.com/images/doc2467.pdf

In page 320 there is the following graph

m128_frequence_SOA.jpeg

You can use 3.3v but not with the full speed of 16Mhz, you should use 8MHz or less
