I need to design a low power consumption opamp using bipolar supply(5V) with CMOS...:???: can some1 plz help me out! Any available schematic?? or related circuitry??

Well, you haven't mentioned any specifications... How much DC gain, Slew, GBW, input CM, output CM? Also what kind of load does it have to drive?

open loop gain=100 atleast, input freq=10k, rest parameters can be any...

I would simply use a folded cascade with gain boosting, then a second stage to drive your load.

Hope this helps

i started with the input stage i.e. differential amplifier... i'm able to design it with bjt, but its not working with cmos... which cmos (any number?) should i use?
can u provide me with a designed ckt? its my 1st designing project thats y i've got no idea what to do...!:???:
