op amp model in Microwave Office

I found that op amp model in Microwave Office has 3 inputs.
and i don't know where is it supply pins.
But i need to use op amp with 2 inputs (inverting and noninverting) only
Any idea how i want to use this op amp?
 

i think it is ideal opamp , no supply limitation
it will work without any supply

check elemet help it will tell u how to use this device
