Hello,

I wanted to know whether it is possible to implement onchip matching (L match, T match, Pi match) for CMOS 180nm technology.

Can you be more sepcific with your question? Inductors and MIM capacitors are physically large devices, depending on their values.

Like the previous user said, If the values for capacitors and inductors are realizable, it is perfectly possible to implement on-chip matching networks.
If you do a quick search on the web you will find tons of papers with LNA/PA/Transceivers with all on-chip matching networks.
