onan generator set

I've been working on a 65kVA generator for more than 3 hrs. when suddenly its wiring(sensor, control) burned. We checked the loads and no overload existed. Can anybody help me figure oout what was the cause of it?

Re: oman generator set

We need more information to help you:

1. Which direction was the wind blowing at the time?
2. Your shoe size?
3. The number of calories in a beer?
4. Do you own a cat?

It would also help if you explained what the generator was doing at the time, the load on it, it's temperature, the type of generator (Gasoline, Diesel, Wind etc.)

Brian.

Re: onan generator set

I don't know the direction of the wind from that time. The current supplied by the generator is normal aand it uses diesel.
