Octal D Type latch spec

Anyone knows about a 74' or equivalent Octal D Type latch that latched input on a low control signal ?

The run-of-the-mill 573 etc latched when LE goes HIGH.

I know a transistor will do the trick, but a part less to deal with is better.

No ideas ?

Hi,
Invert the clock is one way, you have already told that. In case of 573/373, actually output latches on falling edge only, but being a transparent latch, output keeps following input during the high state of the clock input. You can see if some CMOS registers which normally, I think, latch on the falling edge, will suit you.
