[SOLVED] Obtaining simple rms power from resistors with ltspice

After measuring power, this dialog shows integral in joules for a resistor conducting ac. Do I simply multiply 0.707 by integral value in joules to obtain RMS power?

Hi,

Joule is energy,
If you want power, then divide energy with time.

I guess to obtain rms dissipation I would need to have product from rms volts & rms amps - cannot convert joules to rms directly must obtain joules via rms values (volts & amps), or is this incorrect?

Stop asking for "RMS power" because it has no meaning, as it was already mentioned.

You are looking for average power.
