o2a2 oxygen sensor with avr

hi every one
i have problem with o2a2 oxygen sensor
does anybody have a solution for reading this sensor
i want to convert it to avr micro controller :oops:

Output is current source.

- Measurement range 0-30%,
- Sensitivity <0.1,
- Output : 80 to 120µA @ 22°C, 20.9% O2
- Response time: < 10S from 20.9% to 0% O2 (47W)
- Zero current: < 2µA @ 99.999% N2, 22°C
- Linearity: < 0.6 % O2 deviation @ 10% O2
- Operating range: 24 months Load resistor 10-100 ohm
 

i know that it's a current sensor but I have problem to reading current sensor
do u have any solution to change it to out voltage (like 0 to 5 volt etc)
