DRC for analog is quite different to digital. Symmetry, crosstalk and guarding rules expand the cell size where metal pour minimizes the interference, but must be balanced overall. Thus a simple transistor cell size is insufficient. The orientation and symmetry of matched pairs must also be recognized. Some software packages have these DRC rules or macro cells which assists in the DRC and chip density calculations.
