Not able to upload data on my web server using pic18f27k40

Hello, I am trying to upload some sensors data on my website using sim 800L and pic18f27k40. my gsm module is connecting to the internet and uploading data of LDR and moisture but not uploading any data of humidity and temperature. I am using dht11 for humidity and temperature measurement. I am attaching my code here. Thanks in advance .
