I want to measure an amplifier with diferential input. What is the special point of this structure compred with normal single end amplifier when evaluate the nonlinearity of them?

One consideration:
Differential structures normally have better second order (non)linearity.

just input a specific frequency differential AC signal
plot FFT and if your amps is linear enough your Total Harmonic Distortion will be small
