Hi all,
I'm designing a switch from 2 -18 GHz. i've found out two diodes HPND4028 ans MP6002 for that. can anyone say me how can i get their nonlinear models or from datasheets how can i make nonlinear model which can be used in ADS for further simulation?

thanks in advance.

You should request it from the manufacturer.
If the nonlinear model is included in ADS library, of course you may use it in your simulations.

Use the data sheets to model it using ADS.

I have done a few varactor diodes modelling using ADS.

If you use it as a switch, do you need the nonlinear model?
From the s-parameters in the datasheet, you could create two s2p files for "open" and "closed" state, with the appropriate current/reverse voltage.
