Nomachine error: X Error of failed request: BadName

Hi all

I get the following message when using nomachine for the first time:


X Error of failed request: BadName (named color or font does not
exist)


Major opcode of failed request: 45(X_OpenFont)
Serial number of failed response: 15
Current serial number in output stream: 30


Any advice would be gratful.

Have you downloaded and installed the fonts from the nxClient website?

yes I downloaded tem but still dosnt work. Is there any desktop settings?
