Is there a software for Nokia bluetooth enabled cellphones that lets them send ASCII characters via bluetooth?

Hi,

I read some where ( i cant find the document ) that nokia was afraid that people will missuse the Bluetooth, so most of the features are looked to the user/interface. Also, the bluetooth itself is looked from the phonebook so people from far, want be able to read your phone book.
If you will find something, please let me know.
