Noise Figure problems using HspiceRF

I came across a problem, here is the situation: I want to simulate the Noise Figure of a LNA using HspiceRF ,and putting the .PROBE AC NF statement in the deck, After simulation, I got .ac# and .sc# files which are loaded into the Cosmos Scope, these two files both contain the Variable NF, but the value is totally different, the data in .ac# files seem reasonable, but the data in .sc# is totally mess, Does anyone here know the reasons? any documentation explains that? Any synopsys guy here ??

How can I measure the NF in specified frequency (for example 2.14GHz) with HspiceRF.
