noise calculation of differential op amp

hello all,
I would want to calculate the noise of a fully differential stage, I use the ADA4938-1 in my design and see in the datasheet that they could calculate it with some factors applied on noise sources as they mention in the table 9 page 19 (https://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets/ADA4938-1_4938-2.pdf).

My question is , how can they write that the noise gain of the circuit is 2/(Beta1+Beta2) (on page 20) ?
could please help me to find the method to deduce this result ?

I also don't understand the multiplaction factor for the Vocm which is Gn(Beta1-Beta2) and RG1 and RG2 (Gn(1-Beta1)) and Gn(1-Beta2)).

I hope that you could help me...
regards
