Node voltage 0 with Vdc

i have connect 2.5Vdc to a node and -ve terminal to gnd but at the +ve end am getting 0V and some current after simulation.
 

Could you be more specific? We have no idea what you're talking about. What is your circuit? A washing machine? A death-ray? How about a schematic, at the very least.

this is a current generator ckt and am getting 0V in thc circular portion please refer the attachment
 

You've got serious problems. V2 is shown to be 5V, but the net connected to it is 3V. How do you explain that? Maybe you didn't run your simulation for a long enough time for things to reach equilibrium?
