No setup or installation file found in the extracted file

Hi
I had downloaded joomla-2.5.8.zip and mysql-5.0.90.zip file from internet , Then I extracted this file
to a folder , there is no setup or installation file found in the extracted file . How can I install both file to a windows 7 pc

there isn't any setup for joomla because it should install on a server. installing a software on server is different from windows.
there are several ways for installing joomla on a local computer. I describe 2 most popular methods:
1. you should install apache on your computer. after that copy joomla zip file to htdocs folder and navigate joomla zip file from your browser.for example if name of your file is joomla.zip you should go to "http://localhost/joomla" address.

remember this: always download joomla installation file from https://www.joomla.org/ not any other sited.
