[SOLVED] No connection: Communication error 2d

Hi,
Im getting an error "No connection: Communication error 2d" while download the program into basic tiger module when the development kit on PC-Mode. Past two days its works fine, but suddenly i got this error. Interface between kit and my PC is RS232. I can view the status of the Basic tiger module in my software, hope communication is fine. How to solve this communication error?
