For check if a transistor act at saturation mode is need to check if any nmos has Vds>Vgs-vt .For the pmos how to convert this equation?

For transistors which are use as current mirror, the above equation have to be satisfied?

Re: Nmos/Cmos questions

For a pmos: Vsd>Vsg-|VT| or |Vds|>|Vgs|-|VT| since for a pmos Vds and Vgs are negative.

The above condition must be satisfied for current mirrors as well!
