negative linear regulators using NPN and PNP transistors

negative regulator pnp

I'm trying to make a linear regulator using an NPN and PNP transistor something with a low output inpedence... anyone have any designs they'd like to share?
 

Take look at Elektor Electronics magazine, april 1999, pages 36 - 39.
