Needs Software to see Instructions for a S3C44B0X01 bin file

HI:
I have a industrial computer based on S3C44B0X01 arm CPU. I have the program to run the computer (bin file). Recently we need to make a modification for change the time to control a stepper motor. But, the company who make this computer (Controller), can't provide assistance on that matter. I'll provide a bin file for your evaluation. We need to make changes to the main program, but we don't know how to do that. Our programming skills are a bit limited. Somebody can provide us with information about a compiler or programming tool??

This is a tool that converts binary file (bin) to assembly code file.
