hi friends
i just need the vhdl code for implementation of dynamic ram and some details regarding that can any one help me out?

Do you really mean a dynamic RAM (implemented as a set of capacitors)? If so, I doubt that there can be any possible VHDL description of it.

yes implementation of dynamic ram with set of capacitors
 

use xilinx coregen to generate dram..most of the complicated hardware structures can be build by coregen.
