Needed help (16 bit LEDs on the VHDL)

Hi yurchec,
I understand that you want to flash the leds in random manner...
However, in vhdl there is no ready-to-use random function that generate random numbers..
You may write a function that functions random alike. Or you can find a library that has random function...

There is one function that approaches the random function that you want:
LFSR register. If you make it 16-bit wide, you have what you want.
