needed advice regarding ARM and RTOS

Dear Friends,
I am currently working on basic analog electronics and doing course in Embedded Tech......µC 8051 Embedded C and ASM i know now.....now in my course ARM has been started and RTOS yet to start...........which book will u advise for ARM and RTOS? which ARM processor is generally used in industries? and also let me know about how to proceed in RTOS
