Please give me some inputs for series pass element. I need circuit also.
Also please tell me some thing about CV/CC Amplifier.

For the series pass element I recomend you the Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Devices, in the design support in reference Manual the "Linear & Switching Voltage Regulator Handbook" pp 29, it is free.
The excelent book fo Sergio Franco "Operational Amplifiers" has a very complete information.

Any more specific information, I'll be glad to help you.
