Need substrate noise book

I am looking to buy a good book on substrate noise coupling in integrated circuits. There are a few listed on Amazon.com, anybody owns either of them and can give me a feedback on how clear to understand the noise coupling and how useful it is?

Thank you for the reply about e-books. I have done some more research, and I am interested if anyone has the book "Noise Coupling in Integrated Circuits: A Practical Approach to Analysis, Modeling, and Suppression" listed on amazon.com. It caught my attention since it also comes with a simulation software tool. I appreciate any feedback or comments about this book.
