Need schematic for OBD2 interface with PC

does anybody knows were i can get a schematic drawing for build a interface for connect a serial port of a pc to my volkswagen obd2 plug?
it´s for use with vag-com software

I do not understand why someone wants to build something like OBD2 interface as there is plenty of ultra-low-cost china-made interfaces (which sometime do not work or stop working soon), but for the price ...

Or if you want to get something made in "western" world that should be a bit more reliable, have a look at http://www.obdtester.com/elm-usb. Or any of (maybe) hundreds similar products.
