Thoshiba A300-14s laptop not charging

Thoshiba A300-14s (Model- psajoe) laptop did not charging...
when i connect charger switch on laptop then getting empty and cross mark in battery symbol...

I don't know what the 1210 looks like, but even if somebody had a good knowledge
about it, I'm not sure he could help you. You may consider giving more accurate
detail about the problem. What goes wrong, how you can reproduce the problem,
etc...
