Need manual for Anritsu MS2721A (charging circuit)

Can anyone provide a manual for this analyzer, or just the charging circuit. The IC burned out in that circuit and would like to check other components and voltages to complete repair (unit works fine off battery, won't charge or operate while being charged...charger is OK and IC is visibly burned.) Thank you! Del
