Hello everybody.
I m new in the domaine of Microelectronics, and I want to learn about SATA, I did not find in the internet interesting informations about this subject, can u help me with documents wich cover some aspects of that:
SATA
· Describing the detail microarchitecture
o Physical interface (how to connect with PHYs)
o Interface with CPU (Register interface…. AXI, APB….)
o Interface with memory (AXI, OCP, ….)
· Standard Evolution (from USB1 to USB3):
o Performance….(bandwidth, Frequency)
o Area per technology node…
o Power
· What’s next generation?
· Gate count, Design effort (lignes de codes ?),
· Provider in the market
