Need information about equipment measure EFT noise.

Is there anyone hear or know the equipment can measure the EFT Noise and other noise in real site?

I have had some problems in Noise environment. Now I overcome the noise, but I can not find the noise source. So I would like to search the noise source in the site.

If you have idea of measurement of EFT or other impulse noise, please post the method or the information of related equipment.

The noise level maybe is 3kV or larger.
