Need info about using Flip-Dot displays

Hi, I'm interested in using a Flip-Dot displays for a project.

From the datasheet I will need 3A at 24V for 1ms (each disc) for the 7x5 model. Can someone point me in the right direction for a controller or recommend a circuit or IC's so I can built my own controller. Eventually I want to control 20 of these electromechanical modules.
