Need high speed DAC

In my application, I need a HIGH speed DAC,
the rise time and the fall time in the full scale should be between 40ns ~ 120ns
Would you please give some recommedation?

Every DAC manufacturer as well as every distributor provides selection guides and comparison tables.
They are made for you, and they are for free. Use them.
It's the fastest and easiest way to find the best suited DAC for your application.

As a basic you need # bits, I or V DAC, buffered or not, power suply,
output range to name a few to filter the tables.
