need help! problem with dracula drc

use chartered drc rules
After jxrun.com running
i start up icfb &
and open the layout
click the "Dracula interactive" from th Tools,
and no any errors display in layout window

but problem is still here
my dracula version is 4.9.09-2004
and option INQUERY is for 4.7 or lower,option DRACULAINTERACTIVE only for 4.8
does the 4.9 version has important difference with old versions
