Need help on Handel C

I'm new to Handel C and I'm trying to understand the basic concepts of it and Dual port RAM.
So can someone please give me the code of writting data into one memory while reading the data from the other memory. Dual Port RAM should be 128x12 bits.
I really appreciate your help in advance.
