I need to translate the phase difference of a RC circuit into voltage. first i send the source voltage(sine, 2 to 5 MHz freq) and the voltage across the capacitor in two comparator, then i NAND-ed the two outputs of the comparator, and then passed through LPF to get the DC level, which is actually represents the phase difference of the RC circuit. the capacitor value of the RC circuit must be between 12 to 17 femto farad, and R value is not fixed.

see the following photos to get the idea about the circuit:

my question is which comparator should i use and which summer should i use to get the overlapping portion?[/url]
