Need help for Zuken CR5000

may I know how to create BGA pad and assign pin number to it manually using BD manager.

i was able to input padstack to the current bga. but i failed to assign pin number. i tried using the embedded pattern design under the "module" submenu in the placement and wiring environment to assign it.
but it said the padstack is not a "pattern component". now i wonder what is pattern component.
