Can a microprocessor to handle this situation or do I need a FPGA, please, some advices.

For moderate frequencies up to sveral 10 MHz, a FPGA can implement the signal generator and vectorial measurement by direct digital signal processing methods, utilizing an external high speed DAC and ADCs. Classical network analyzer designs don't rely on digital signal processing and can be well implemented with general purpose processors. They need an external signal generator (e.g. PLL synthesizer based) and phase sensitive synchronous signal demodulation.
